These trousers are cut from wide wale cotton corduroy in a warm, dusty rose. The cord is deep enough to catch the light, which gives the colour its depth.
They sit high on the waist, with front pleats that open into a wide, straight leg falling almost to the floor. The waistband can also be worn lower, depending on the fit you prefer. Belt loops run along the waistband, and there are two side pockets. The volume through the leg and the soft drape of the corduroy keep the shape relaxed rather than stiff.
Wear them with a striped cotton shirt tucked in and a low heel, or with a fine knit when it gets colder.
